To celebrate St. Patrick’s Day this year, I reached out to some fellow bloggers to get the best crafts, games, and snacks for us to try out. We’re pretty excited to try them out. St. Patrick’s Day Games and Activities
If your toddler loves scavenger hunts try this one from Play Party Plan. It may be a little hard but pair with a big brother or sister or parent it should be lots of fun. Find some free printables here for set up.
Perfect for a party here’s another great one from Play Party Plan. Printable Bingo cards are available. You might want to get sticks or coins to keep track of.
This sensory bin from Just Another Mom is perfect for toddler play. It’s some basic stuff you may already have or can find at the dollar store. Mostly green stuff; pom-poms, buttons, green lentils, feathers, and coins.
If you are planning on having a party or if you just love pinatas check out this simple DIY pinata for St. Patrick’s Day from Pop Shop America. You’ll need cardboard, treats, painters tape, tissue paper, glue stick, and some string. You can download a pattern too.
If your toddler is working on reading and writing this is a great activity for you. You’ll need colorful paper, a baking tray with a lip, salt, tape, and scissors. Find it on Natural Beach Living.
Snacks and Treats
Snacks are pretty much how meals work with toddlers, although some of these are more of a treat than a snack. So here are a few St. Patrick’s Day-themed snacks and treats for your toddler.
For a St. Patrick’s Day breakfast idea check out these pancake fruit kabobs from This Ole Mom. You can use your own pancake recipe or hers with some green food dye, kabob sticks, and a bunch of fresh fruit. You’ll also want a shamrock cookie cutter.
For a salty and sweet treat try out these rainbow snacks from Our Wabisabi Life. You need fruit loops, pretzel sticks, and mini marshmallows.

If you like the classic recipe for rice crispy treats here’s a good one with a little extra chocolate and sprinkles from My Heavenly Recipes.

Desserts
If you love chocolate and marshmallows you will love these cute little hats from Mary at The Flying Couponer. You need a chocolate-covered cookie, marshmallows, rainbow candy and chocolate.
These super cute leap-rechuans and pots of gold are a no-bake recipe from The Monday Box. Made from sandwich cookies, some chocolate, and edible decorations.
For a dessert or snack pudding is so good. Add some lucky charms and whipped cream and you should have a happy kid. Look for the recipe on Jaclyn’s website Crayons and Cravings.
For a less sugary option, try out this fruit and yogurt parfait from Our Wabisabi Life. In the color scheme of the Irish flag, you get a sweet treat and maybe a history lesson. You’ll need some plain yogurt, mandarin oranges, and green grapes.

Crafts
If you want a cute leprechaun to check out Sam’s idea on Simply Everyday Mom. This hand-print craft is super easy with just a marker, paper, glue, and her free printable pattern.
Here’s a cute little leprechaun handprint puppet craft from Our Wabisabi Life. You’ll need some paint, glue, construction paper, and toilet paper tubes.
This shamrock craft is a little messy but not too hard to clean up. You’ll need coffee filters, food dye, water, a bowl, a marker, and a string. Find it on That Kids Craft Site along with a template for the shamrock shape.
Check out these shamrock stamp ideas from Natural Beach Living. Super simple. You’ll need green peppers, big marshmallows, potatoes, paint, foam brushes, glitter, and paper.
Try out this cute puppy pattern from Jinxy Kids. There’s a free pattern for coloring and gluing together here.
If your toddler loves to glue here’s a good one. Cut out some construction paper and let your toddler make their own leprechaun hat. Find it on Confessions of a Not So Crafty Momma.

These remind me of my 3rd grade teacher. She was Irish so St. Patty’s Day was a huge thing in her class. She made it so much fun that I remember it all these years later.
